How booking works
Choose your appointment. Click the booking link and select an available date and time. Calendly displays appointment times in your selected time zone.
Answer the booking questions and pay online. The consultation fee is $299 AUD, payable when booking. Complete payment to confirm your appointment.
Receive your invitation. Your booking invitation includes the appointment details and your Microsoft Teams joining link.
Complete your questionnaire. When you book in you will receive an email with a link to fill in all your details. Please complete and return it, along with any requested documents, before your consultation so Amanda can prepare.
Join your consultation. Use the Microsoft Teams link in your invitation at the scheduled time. After the consultation, you will receive your personalised written migration strategy.

Your completed questionnaire and relevant documents help Amanda assess your situation before your appointment.
Depending on your enquiry, Amanda will:

During your consultation: clear, personal advice
You’ll have 45 minutes directly with Amanda to discuss the findings, ask questions and work through your options in plain English.
We’ll explain what each potential pathway involves, the barriers to address and the practical steps ahead. For employers, this also means considering sponsorship requirements, longer-term workforce plans and relevant subsidies or support.
If there is no realistic pathway based on the information available, Amanda will explain that honestly and whether any changes could make a difference.
You’ll receive a personalised plan setting out:
The recommended pathway or options, and why they may suit your circumstances.
Key requirements, potential barriers and any further assessments needed.
A clear sequence of next steps, including relevant timing considerations.
The scope and fees for further assistance, if you choose to proceed.
