Who we work with
Employers
Nua Migration helps Australian businesses sponsor and retain skilled overseas workers without making the process feel overwhelming.
You may be a small business with a great employee on a Working Holiday (417) or other temporary visa, know you want to keep them, but have never sponsored a worker before and have no idea where to start. We guide you through the process from the beginning, explaining the options, what your business needs to do, the costs and evidence involved, and the pathway that may give your worker the best chance of staying long term.
We assist with business sponsorship, nominations and visa applications, DAMA and regional pathways, sponsorship compliance and permanent residency planning. We also identify WA subsidies and support programs that may be available, so eligible employers and workers do not miss assistance they could access.
Construction and trades are a particular focus. We understand the extra layers that can come with trade workers, including skills assessments, occupational licensing, gap training and employment-readiness requirements.
We also support employers across nursing and healthcare, aged care, hospitality and other skills-short sectors, from small businesses sponsoring their first worker through to medium and larger organisations managing ongoing workforce needs.
Our role is to simplify the process, reduce the stress and give you a clear plan to keep the skilled workers your business needs.
Skilled Professionals
We assist skilled professionals considering independent, State-nominated, regional and employer-sponsored migration pathways.
We help you understand which options are realistically available, how competitive your position may be and what steps are required before you commit significant time and money to the process.
This may include skills assessment strategy, Expressions of Interest, WA State nomination, employer sponsorship and longer-term permanent residency planning.
